This national network allows to refer to local experts whenever such expertise is needed. At the same time, it helps to stay close to professional reality in order to anticipate changes and to implement these by providing the necessary means collectively. \nEach office contributes to the network\u2019s development, leading and strategic roles change on a rotating basis within the network (project management, communication, administration, etc.). \nConstant exchange and communication between the network\u2019s members is possible due to their use of modern and adequate communication tools.
